If you have an online portal, you can opt in for text message alerts!
SMS/Texting is enabled for Notifications from the District: Texts will come from phone: 1(949) 996-0043.
Email is the default for customer notification, and it is up to customer to opt for text notifications alerts. You will have to verify your phone number to ensure it is a valid mobile phone.
To opt in to text notification, please go into “Settings” and then “Notifications” and then “Notification Preference” at the bottom of the screen.

Will Accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards that display either the Visa or Mastercard logos.
!! PLEASE NOTE !! Portal Administration Fee
*For every credit/debit card transaction in which the payment system is used, User shall pay, in addition to User’s payment to the District, a non-refundable Portal Administration Fee equal to 3.50% + $1.00 of the amount of the User’s payment to the District, due at the time the transaction is performed. This Portal Administration Fee will be retained by the Portal Manager as a compensation for its services to the District. The District does NOT receive this fee, only the User payment submitted.
