Some people have accidentally searched/googled pay.waterbill.com site and DOXO comes up. Please ensure you do not pay via DOXO, it’s a legit payment site and it tends to intercept large payment companies too.
EXAMPLE:

If a customer is responsible for more than one utility account:
Customers responsible for more than one account may link them together using a single portal login. Simply add an account to your portal list and easily switch between accounts, and remove accounts if needed.
Once registered, logon to the portal, select your Account Name menu, located on the far right of the screen, then select Add another account menu option.
Will Accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards that display either the Visa or Mastercard logos.
